Application

We look forward to receiving your full application documents - by post or by email. The documents you provide will help us to get to know you well. If your profile matches an advertised vacancy, we will invite you to an interview. Our checklist helps you to prepare easily.

Provisional reply

As soon as we have received your application, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt immediately by e-mail. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Application check

We need time to go through your application and check all the documents carefully. This might take some time until we come back to you. Please be patient. If your profile does not match to any of the advertised vacancies, your documents will be archived, but only if you agree. We will contact you if a new position becomes available.

Application interview

We’d like to get to know you personally, so we will invite you to attend an interview. Our application process involves two interviews - one where you meet our HR Manager and the other with your proposed line manager. Afterwards we give you feedback and look forward to your honest feedback in return.

Contract of employment

First, we’ll congratulate you on the positive outcome of your application and send you our contract offer. Second, we will clarify all pending issues in another meeting.

First day at work

Welcome to our team! On your first day we greet you with a welcome folder. This contains your personal training plan. Because it’s important to us that you start your first working day feeling safe and happy.

The training phase lasts two to three months. During this time, experienced employees will introduce you to general, company-specific and technical topics. You become familiar with our processes and get to know us as a reliable yet innovative employer.
