Wendler Support - CSR event at the YWCA Free School Bangladesh
Wendler Interlining Bangladesh is proud to share the success of a recent Corporate Social Responsibility event held at YWCA Free School, a global NGO committed to social and community development. This initiative, part of our 'Wendler Support' program, focused on enhancing the school's sustainability and community support efforts, particularly for underprivileged students.
The event aimed to provide essential resources to students who rely on the YWCA’s free education services. We distributed sustainable water bottles and healthy snacks, promoting environmental awareness alongside student well-being. Our CEO, Mr. Frank Sailer, personally engaged with the students while distributing these gifts, emphasizing the importance of caring for our environment and community.
Ms. Sylvia Santosree Mazumder, General Secretary of YWCA Bangladesh, expressed her heartfelt gratitude for Wendler Interlining´s support. She highlighted the positive impact of our contributions on the students and stressed the vital role of corporate involvement in community development initiatives.
In his address, Mr. Sailer reaffirmed Wendler’s dedication to nurturing future responsible citizens. "We believe in nurturing a brighter tomorrow by supporting today’s youth. Today’s children will be responsible citizens in the future. We will continue our social responsibility in Bangladesh under our “Wendler Support” banner." he stated.
This event not only emphasised our commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability, but also left a lasting impression on both the students and the wider community.
