Code of Conduct

Correct and respectful interactions are important to us. Therefore we summarised the most important codes of behaviour and guidelines in a code of conduct. This applies to our daily work and our professional relationships. The Code of Conduct is binding for our subsidiaries and branches around the world.

HUMAN RIGHTS AND CORE LABOUR STANDARDS

We maintain the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations, as well as the core labor standards of the International Labor Organization (ILO). For example, we categorically reject coercive and child labor, discrimination, corruption, and bribery.

AUDITING

We are transparent in all our business concerns. As a reliable supplier, we are regularly inspected by garment manufacturers at all our locations. The various audits include, for example, looking at the working conditions of our employees, their work safety, and adherence to fire regulations.

Safety

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

Fair working conditions, occupational health and safety, and environmentally friendly production conditions are a matter of course. We create a safe working environment for our employees, for example by using protective clothing, shoes, and regular medical examinations.

WORKING HOURS

Weekly working hours at all our locations are maximum of forty-eight hours and twelve hours of overtime - depending on national laws or tariff regulations. A non-working day follows after a maximum of six consecutive working days.

BUILDING SECURITY AND FIRE SAFETY

The standards for building security and fire safety are implemented in each of our production sites - national and international. To ensure these standards are met to the same extent around the world, we train our employees by using safety training and fire drills.
