SUSTAINABILITY AT THE CORE OF PRODUCTION
Welcome to Wendler Interlining Vietnam! On August 1, 2020, we opened our sustainable production facility in Quang Nam Province, Vietnam. Equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and standards, we have established an efficient, unique, and sustainable production. Ensuring consistently high quality of our products is the primary focus of our fully controlled production processes.
We take great pride in our innovative and resource-efficient energy generation. We utilize locally sourced and renewable resources such as wood chips and rice husks as our primary energy source.
Our location brings together an innovative center of expertise encompassing research and development, production logistics, and technical services. With our own on-site warehouse, we can ensure quick and flexible product availability both locally and internationally. Furthermore, our highly motivated team is ready to provide fast and direct on-site technical support to our customers and partners.
Highlights of Sustainable Measures
- Energy Efficiency and CO2 Minimization: Use of biomass (rice husks and wood chips) for heat generation, specialized exhaust system for the boiler, climate-neutral production site.
- Water Efficiency: Treatment and reuse of wastewater from bleaching and dyeing processes to drinking water standards, collection and utilization of rainwater for green spaces.
- Chemical Reduction: Innovative bleaching and dyeing process (Cold Pad Batch Dyeing) with multi-reactive dyes and non-toxic additives, reduced water consumption, lower wastewater pollution.
- LEED GOLD Certification: Our building meets the standards for sustainable construction, creating an environmentally friendly work and production environment. We are one of only 19 LEED-certified textile productions in Vietnam.

Constructed according to the LEED standard, a building standard that prioritizes sustainable construction for the work and production environment, our factory is currently one of only 19 LEED-certified textile factories in Vietnam.
