Handle customer inquiries received by phone, email, chat, or in person professionally and efficiently<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Manage and update the AP+ ERP system<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues, complaints, escalations, shipment delays, out-of-stock situations, and quality issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Process orders, returns, and service requests as required<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Follow up with customers in a timely manner and communicate effectively to support customer satisfaction<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Monitor customer feedback and contribute to service quality improvements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Work toward daily and weekly service targets, including response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Contribute to the development of customer service processes, FAQs, and service improvement initiatives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

At least 1 year of experience in the same position<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Experience in the textile or apparel industry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Sales and business development experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Knowledge of shipping matters, including Incoterms and Form E\/D<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Computer literacy, including competence in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and ERP systems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Typing skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Problem-solving ability, including handling shipment delays, out-of-stock items, and quality issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Ability to set priorities and make decisions when dealing with operational problems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Fluent in written and spoken English<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bangla<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
