Supervise daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, issuance, delivery, and physical stock verification<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Coordinate with Customs, Procurement, Production, QA, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and business continuity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Review, verify, and maintain critical warehouse documentation, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Notes (MRN), delivery challans, gate passes, Mushak 6.3, and stock reports<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Plan and coordinate deliveries, optimize transportation routes, and improve vehicle utilization to minimize logistics costs and ensure timely customer deliveries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Regularly update inventory transactions and stock movements in the AP+ inventory management system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Maintain and regularly update bin cards to ensure accurate stock records and traceability of inventory movements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FIFO, 5S, workplace organization, and warehouse safety standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Monitor inventory accuracy through regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, multi-location stock audits, and reconciliation of physical stock against system balances<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Manage audit-related activities and inventory compliance, ensuring proper documentation, recordkeeping, traceability, and readiness for internal, external, customs, and bonded warehouse audits<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Identify inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and maintain supporting documentation to prevent recurrence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering inventory movements, stock balances, inventory valuation, discrepancies, and warehouse performance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Maintain proper documentation and reporting to support customs compliance, bonded warehouse requirements, and internal control procedures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Monitor stock availability and material movements to support uninterrupted production and timely order fulfillment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
