In addition, the Assistant Maintenance Manager will develop technical capabilities within the team, support maintenance excellence initiatives, and provide technical guidance across maintenance functions to ensure sustainable improvements in plant performance.<\/strong><\/p>\n","employment_type_statement":"Full-time","job_location":"Tam Ky, Vietnam","main_tasks":"<h4>1. On-site service provision and maintenance of machines and infrastructure<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Preventive maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Machine breakdowns are kept to a minimum<\/li>\n<li>Continuous and accurate recording of maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Follow the manufacturer's specifications for all machines and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Preventing partner's activities from affecting production<\/li>\n<li>Prevent infrastructure from affecting company operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Spare parts management<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain control and monitor spare parts management<\/li>\n<li>Keep a complete and up-to-date widget inventory<\/li>\n<li>Management of contractors and suppliers of equipment and infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3. Make sure all employees understand and follow company policies &amp; procedures<\/h4>\n<h4>4. Energy cost control<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead to control energy cost meet to targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5. Team leader<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Efficient teamwork and cooperation with Production Team<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate staff training needs and ensure training is conducted<\/li>\n<li>Record group time and attendance<\/li>\n<li>Annual performance evaluation of employees<\/li>\n<li>Promoting rewards and discipline for the team<\/li>\n<li>Create motivation for the team to promote their abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>6. Prepare audit documents of Maintenance Dept related to quality, environment audits<\/h4>\n<h4>7.
